To help you grow your collection of quirky cacti, sassy succulents, chunky caudiciforms, and downright dramatic carnivorous plants — all while making the journey fun, personal, and thorn-free. Here’s how we keep things blooming smoothly: --- 🌱 Our Promise to You We treat every plant like family (except they don’t argue about chores). Your plant will be packed and shipped with as much care as we’d want for our own leafy babies. Questions? Ask away! No question is too small — or too weird. We’ve heard it all, including “Can I name my cactus Kevin?” (Answer: Absolutely.) Your plant might not look identical to its glamour shot, but it will be healthy, happy, and ready to strut its stuff in your collection. --- 📦 Shipping & Processing We ship Monday through Wednesday because we don’t trust your plants to spend the weekend partying in a postal truck. Give us 3–5 business days to carefully pack your order — sometimes soil ends up on the homework (we’re a family biz, after all). You’ll get tracking info so you can obsessively check where your plant is (we do it too, no shame). --- 💌 Communication is Key Got a question or concern? Drop us a message! We aim to reply within 24 hours — sometimes faster if the coffee kicks in. If your plant arrives looking like it had a rough trip, message us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll make things right. Please note we do not take returns. If you made a mistake purchasing please contact us within within 24 hours so we can cancel before we ship. --- 🌞 Weather Warnings Plants don’t like extreme heat or cold any more than we do. If the weather is acting wild, just holler — we’re happy to delay shipping so your new leafy friend doesn’t arrive looking like it went through a sauna or a snowstorm. We also have heat packs if you want to be really safe. --- 💚 About Our Plants Plants have personalities! Your new buddy may vary a little from the photos (it’s not catfishing, we promise). Color changes, dormancy, or seasonal quirks? Totally normal. If your plant starts blushing in full sun or naps through winter, we’re happy to explain the drama. --- 🙌 Our Customer-First Commitment We’re not some faceless plant factory. We’re a mom, sons, and a lot of dirt under our nails — and we genuinely care about making you happy. If something’s not right, give us the chance to fix it.
