1. All orders will combine but yes its will still charge you a shipping fee every live. Once we pack your order we will compare the total paid in shipping fees by simply looking at your invoice that we print out to pack your order since it totals it up at bottom of the invoice. Then we look at the shipping options and will refund any extra shipping fee paid. Keep in mind if it’s only a $2-$4 refund often we keep it and pass it on to another customer that might of been short $2-$4 plus it also helps cover the cost of shipping materials such as your box 📦 used for shipping, tape used to tape your box, packing paper 📄 to wrap your plants, live plant stickers we put on the outside of your box, printer 🖨️ cost, printer label cost, the electricity ⚡️ to power those printers, employee hours to pack your plants, my time to drive your plants to the Post Office or UPS Store, the gas it takes to drive, the wear and tear on my vehicles from dropping packages off plus any other misc cost I can’t think of. 2. Average Cost to ship your plants - UPS Ground - $12-$18 not recommended for plants - UPS 3 Day - $18-$24 budget friendly but risky -UPS 2 Day - $24-$35 Recommend Standard Shipping - UPS 1 Day - $49-69 Best Option *Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico can be higher. *If you buy from multiple lives we typically auto upgrade to UPS 2 Day Shipping. 3. No refunds or cancellations!! If for some reason you really really really have to cancel please let me know during the live show and I still won’t cancel after in the DMs but if for some reason you’d like to cancel after the live show you purchased from please know that we do charge a 33% restocking fee and if it happens repeatedly we will block you from future sales. Also we will only allow the cancellation of 1 item per live show. So dont be swiping 10 times in auctions if you’re only going to cancel later because you didn’t win a buyers giveaway 😊 4. Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of your purchase but keep in mind we only ship plants on the following days listed below and holidays could extend the shipping times slightly. Literally like every other Monday is a freaking holiday so have some patience. - Monday & Tuesday - USPS Priority, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day and UPS 1 Day Shipments. -Wednesday- USPS Priority, UPS 2 Day and UPS 1 Day Shipments -Thursday - UPS 1 Day Shipments 5. Due to the massive amount of orders we ship and messages we receive we do require an unboxing video within 24hr of receiving your plants to qualify for any potential refunds. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
