You must cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase. NO exchanges are provided or available. Returns are available upon request and must be received back 15 days from the return request and 30 days from the original order. Customer pays for the shipping back to Sassy Soul Sister. The ceramics must be packaged as they were received so no damages occur. Refunds will be processed as soon as the ceramics are received back in good condition with no damages so they can be resold again. Each item is handcrafted and glazed individually. They are all one of a kind and colors will be as seen in the item listing pictures. No glaze color will ever turn out exactly the same if you were to order the same item twice.
