Any pink cover cups shown in photos/live shows are not included with purchase. Corms are shipped in sphagnum moss. UPS 3-Day shipping is standard. However, since I am located in Kansas, UPS Ground can often get the package to you sooner depending on where you are located. I will refund any shipping overages if Ground is used instead of 3-Day. I will also upgrade your shipping to 2-Day if your cost covers it. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, message me and I will send you a quote. Next-Day Air shipping upgrade is recommended for delicate plants. Upgrade is available in the shop. Large orders/boxes may result in a shipping surcharge. Wilting, browning or yellowing leaves is common due to the stress these plants go through in shipping. Once the package leaves my care, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages. However, if you are having issues, please message me and I will try to help any way I can. Heat packs are available in the shop if you are experiencing daytime temps under 60°. Unboxing video within 4 hours of delivery is required for claims of damaged, missing, or DOA plants. I am not responsible for the condition of a plant package that has been left outside in the elements. If you aren't sure you'll be able to bring your package inside immediately upon delivery, please create a UPS account and set your package to be delivered to a UPS Hub so it can stay in a temperate environment until it's in your care.
