Missing or damaged items must show proof. The video must be from before opening to the end of all items from the box or boxes. No pause or restarts. If no video is provided my shop policy applies and I will not be responsible. Please note that I have no control over your package once it is handed off at the shipper. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or missing packages/items. Any damaged or missing packages MUST be handled directly thru USPS/UPS. All packages will have a form of tracking. Giveaways will have shipping added! Only buyers giveaways, when done, which will not be done every show, will have free shipping. Thank you for understanding.
