KaleidoPottery Guidelines First European potter on Palmstreet - welcome to my world! 📦 Shipping • I ship from Europe with plenty of experience packing fragile pieces for long trips. • Delivery to the US usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on customs. • Packages are marked as gifts to help avoid extra charges, but any customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. 💰 Shipping Rates • Flat rate: $40 USD (up to 2kg usually enough for ~3 pots). • I can weigh your items live so you’ll know if it fits. • Packages are shipped the following Monday after the live • Add-on shipping (up to 5kg): $20 USD 🎁 Giveaways • Giveaways happen live (birds, houses, small pots & bonus prizes!) • Giveaway winners who don’t purchase anything else can still receive their prize until next purchase for combined shipping 🔄 Returns & Damages •No returns or exchanges. •If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
