East coast customers may experience longer shipping times when using ground advantage shipping option. - Plants are all dried, then shipped bare root. - Heat packs available with priority shipping. Please purchase the upgrade if your aware of cold weather in your area. I guarentee plants arrive healthy when all proper precautions were taken. - Open to any suggestions for new items. If you've been searching for something specific please let me know! ( I don't currently stock and sell succulents like sempervivum/hens and chicks etc. ) - No returns. If plant arrives damaged please take photos and send them to me upon arrival. A replacement will be sent out the following Monday. If one is not available, store credit or a refund will be issued.
