Before you order, here’s what you need to know: Shipping & Handling • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.50 + $1 per jar. • We pack every order with care, using protective wrap to keep your jars safe on their journey. We take pride in that we’ve never had complaints about breakage. • Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated during the live show. Breakage Policy • If your item arrives damaged, no stress — we’ve got you. Just snap a photo of the broken item and packaging, and send it to us within 72 hours. We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and send you a replacement ASAP. Returns • Because our products are food-grade and handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns. But don’t worry — if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out! We’ll always do our best to make things right. Exchanges • Need to swap something? No problem — just cover the cost of shipping both ways, and we’ll help you out. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Questions?
