All orders are shipped out WEDNESDAYS via UPS $65 overnight flat rate shipping. If orders exceed 12 items additional shipping fees may be applied. Orders may only be held due to extreme weather at our discretion. There is an early arrival add on if you want the guarantee of delivery before noon. That can be located in our shop. If open orders reach two weeks without communication, purchases will be refunded with a 20% restocking fee. DOA POLICY: We have a 100% live arrival guarantee. This means we guarantee that when the coral/fish/crustacean arrives to destination up to 2 hours post delivery we will replace or offer store credit. MUST have proof by submitting photo/video of item in untampered shipping container to qualify. You will not be reimbursed for shipping cost. If the delivery is delayed due to weather or unforeseen issues out of our control the DOA will be also be replaced or reimbursed for store credit If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please feel free to contact us.
