Welcome! Some Ground rules; 🪢 Please allow up to 3 weeks on custom Macramé orders. Depending on the complexity of the design, color, etc, some pieces take much longer than others. 🫧There can and will be flaws with anything 3d printed. I will do everything in my power to ship you the perfect print, however, some files and formatting will affect the finished product. 🫧 All 3d printed items are for indoor use only. Most prints will be in PLA unless otherwise stated. 🌱Plant sales may be available between April-September, weather pending. I will not offer winter shipping. ✨ Anything that arrives damaged must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
