Shipping & Protection Policy: All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (includes $100 insurance). For live plants, we strongly recommend adding the Weather Protection add-on (insulation + cold pack) and UPS 2nd Day Air upgrade for faster, more temperature-stable transit. ⚠️ Refunds/replacements for weather or transit-time related damage are only honored if both add-ons were purchased. This does not affect coverage for carrier mishandling, which is covered separately under USPS's included insurance.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
