Live plants can experience stress from weather, handling, and carrier delays. Buyers should select appropriate shipping and weather protection. I will take reasonable care to package plants appropriately. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once shipped, subject to applicable law and Palmstreet policies. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. 🌺 LIVE PLANT GUARANTEE 🪴 Our guarantee applies only to qualifying orders shipped using the eligible expedited service specified in the listing or shop. To qualify: • Record a continuous unboxing video from the unopened package through the initial plant inspection. • Report concerns within 2 hours of confirmed delivery through Palmstreet, including the video and clear photos. • Retrieve packages promptly and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures. • Purchase appropriate weather protection when necessary. • Follow reasonable plant-care instructions after delivery. Approved Claims: Depending on the severity and circumstances of the damage, I may offer store credit or a refund. Each claim is reviewed individually in accordance with Palmstreet policies and applicable law. The guarantee does not cover normal shipping stress, temporary wilting, minor cosmetic damage, leaf loss, yellowing, or acclimation-related changes. Issues caused by improper post-delivery care or prolonged exposure to unsuitable conditions may also be excluded, subject to applicable buyer protections. 🌿 PLANT QUALITY & VARIEGATION 🌷 Plants are living organisms and are sold based on their condition at the time of listing or sale. • Unless stated otherwise, you will receive the exact plant pictured. Similar substitutions will be clearly disclosed. • Plants are inspected before packing and considered healthy at the time of shipment. • Variegation, color, patterns, and stability are natural and cannot be guaranteed in future growth. • Minor blemishes, leaf changes, yellowing, or leaf loss may occur during transit. • Plant size, leaf count, roots, growth rate, and appearance may change between listing and shipping. • Newly shipped plants may need time to acclimate to their new environment. 📷 PHOTOS & LISTINGS 🌱 Photos represent the plant's condition as accurately as possible at the time of listing. Lighting may cause slight differences in color or appearance. Plants continue to grow and change. Orders held at the buyer's request may look different when shipped due to new leaves, aging foliage, or developing variegation.
