Orders will be combined shipping Monday-sunday. Shipping is Monday-Thursday the WEEK AFTER a order is placed. If an order is placed Monday-Sunday it will ship the following Monday-Thursday. UPS 3 day boxes go out Monday and Tuesday, ups 2 day goes out on Tuesday and Wednesday, and overnight boxes go out on Thursday. All boxes arrive on Friday. Tissue culture: tc plants are highly sensitive. We offer them as a budget option to larger plants. During shipping there may be yellowing of leaves, or mold growth since they are exposed to air and the bags are not leak proof. This goes for almost all tissue culture sold in bags. We cannot gurantee live arrival unless overnight shipping is used because of this. 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders. Once label is printed no cancellations can be made. We do not take responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, or broken boxes during shipping. Unboxing video before box is opened must be recorded for any missing plant claims.
