Shipping tracking - we use flight cargo and that’s why after we print the label, the tracking shows awaiting items for about a week. That’s when the goods are arranged with planes. After the package lands in USA, the tracking will start moving. We don’t have specific ship-from city and it all depends on the flight, so the shipping could start from anywhere in the US: California, NewYork, Illinois. We have seen a lot of different labubus with different appearance and they are all authentic. Please follow the instruction to do verification. Most authentic Labubu figures come with a QR code on the box—usually embedded in a holographic sticker. Scanning it should redirect you to an official Pop Mart verification site.
