I’m no longer able to ship to CA unless you upgrade shipping. upgrade includes moving all plants to sphag moss. shipping rules: I am not responsible for shipping delays. Buyer please wait exactly one week after shipment date before sending me a message to report the package missing. Sometimes USPS or UPS doesn’t update their tracking information and can take an extra day or so to be delivered. Once the plant leaves my possession i am not responsible for what the shipping company does. please please message me to add any insulation or ice packs. ALL PLANTS ARE PEST FREE, i take huge pride that my plants are thriving and insect free ! sometimes there are stragglers, but my plants do have beneficial insects. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! but i will work with you if their is an issue with your plant. As long as we can be adults and be respectful i will do my best to solve the plant issue. To report an issue with the plant you must have the following - Video of unboxing within 5 hours of delivery. - Pictures of the damage or issue. this all must be done before any action can be done to try to solve the problem in question. IF YOUR PLANT DIES IN YOUR POSSESSION, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. I CANT NOT REFUND YOU AT ALL. MAKE SURE WHEN PURCHASING A PLANT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO REHAB IT OR CARE FOR IT IN GENERAL. I AM A RECYLCE NERD. you may receive your plant(s) in old Amazon or plant shop boxes etc etc. REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE!!! I currently do not heat or cooling packs, please make sure you are checking your weather. I can hold your plants for 1 WEEK ONLY after that it will ship automatically. I can try to get a cooling pack or heating pack for $5 more i offer a TC acclamation service for $5 more (per plant) i will acclimate your plant for your and ship it to you without you having to worry about messing up your new TC ❤️ there are no refunds/exchanges on auctions/purchases. bid/buy responsibly.
