🌿 SHOP GUIDELINES Thank you for supporting my small plant shop! Please review before purchasing. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE Valid when temperatures are 40–90°F and weather protection (heat pack/insulation) is purchased when needed. Packages must be brought inside promptly upon delivery. DOA CLAIMS A full unboxing video starting before the box is opened is required. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No video = no claim. SHIPPING Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Carriers may include UPS or USPS depending on location. Once shipped, carrier delays are outside my control. PLANT CONDITION Plants are living things and may have minor imperfections such as bent leaves, cosmetic blemishes, or soil shifting during shipping. I take great care when packing each plant, but minor cosmetic damage during transit does not qualify as DOA. Some plants may drop or yellow an older leaf due to shipping stress.
