If you make an accidental purchase, it must be refunded during the live. • All purge sales are final. 📤 Shipping 📥 • Orders shipping out Mon-Tues. • Standard shipping is NOW UPS 2 Day Air (sometimes ground is faster!) or UPS 3 Day select if within Colorado. Shipping is a flat rate for all states and may change due to the current conditions. • Not currently shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or PR (sorry!) • I will refund significant shipping overages! • Shipping Upgrade to Next Day can be purchased in the shop. The faster your plants get to you, the better their chance of survival! • Your shipping fee not only covers postage but the materials to keep your plants safe, (excluding heat or cold packs) • I am not responsible for damage due to mishandled packages or shipping delays. Once I give it to the carrier, the buyer assumes all risk of shipping live plants. 🥶 In colder temperatures, it is important to protect your plants. Please purchase insulation if your temperatures are going to be below 45°, day or night. If your temperatures are consistently below 32°, I will probably hold your order. 🥵 In warmer temperatures, protect your plants with upgraded shipping and/or a cold pack with insulation(now offered). 🫠 Wingo - I'm unhappy with my order. Then I too am unhappy, and I want to fix it! • Please send me pictures/video IMMEDIATELY of your plants - pictures within 12 hours of your unboxing please. • Leaf stress/loss and damage is common after shipping - it doesn't mean your plant is dead or dying, but keep me posted and I'll be happy to help. 🌱 Corms and Variegation • Corm success and variegation cannot be guaranteed. If I have the mother plant, I will be happy to show upon purchase. Some corms grow like crazy, some take forever, or not at all. Buyer assumes all risk with corms or TCs.
