Standard shipping is USPS Priority. Alive Arrival guarantee applies to shipments with Overnight or Express shipping only. Foliage loss and yellowing is not covered and can be expected in certain months. Please be aware of your temps and please purchase appropriate winter protection. IMPORTANT: Unpotting prior to contacting seller negates any and all guarantees. Holds are limited to one week when offered (usually during winter shipping months.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancelations on auctions, no exceptions.
