Proper Vibes. 💚 📦 Shipping • Orders ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS. • Standard shipping is UPS 2-Day. • UPS Next Day Air is available for customers who would like a Live Arrival Guarantee. • Heat packs, cold packs, insulation, and shipping upgrades are available in my shop when needed. • Local pickup is available in Frederick, MD. • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping speed. 🌿 Live Arrival Guarantee • Live Arrival Guarantee is available only on orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air. • An uninterrupted unboxing video, beginning before the package is opened, is required for any Live Arrival review. • Please contact me within 2 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and photos so I can review the situation. • Once a package is in UPS’s hands, carrier delays, weather, and mishandling are outside of my control. 🌱 About the Plants • Plants are living things, so minor cosmetic blemishes and shipping stress can occur. • Variegation, future growth, corm production, and leaf characteristics cannot be guaranteed. • My plants are maintained in a proactive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program. While every effort is made to provide healthy plants, no greenhouse can guarantee a completely pest-free environment. 💚 My Promise Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds.
