Everything I offer has been breed or grown by me in my Fishroom. Plants will be submersed grown so you don’t have to worry about melting. I ship UPS or USPS. Shipping is done on Mon and Tuesday only. Orders will be shipped the following week upon purchase as I need time to prep the fish for shipping. Please be ready to receive your orders. if they’re sitting outside all day in the sun or cold you’ll likely have issues DOA claims need a video of you opening the box and clearly showing the fish within one hour of delivery. I’ve been shipping fish for quite some time so no need to stress.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
