SevenWishes Candles Shop Guidelines Shipping All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. Exchanges are only available if a product arrives damaged. Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Candle Use & Safety Always burn candles within sight and away from flammable objects, drafts, pets, and children. Trim wicks to ¼ inch before each use to ensure a clean, safe burn. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Product Safety Our candles are made with high-quality wax blends and fragrance oils; however, the wax is not skin-safe and should never be used on any part of the body. Intended for aromatherapy and ambiance only.
