Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our trusted shipping partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we can’t guarantee shipping times or be held responsible for delays, damages, or lost items that occur during transit or due to weather. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-day (depending on shipping cost & package size) on Mondays to avoid the package sitting over the weekend. shipping Includes up to $100 of insurance. if your plant will be traveling through a cold climate, please purchase a heat pack. for most plants, 55° or lower will need a heat pack. Alocasias and Begonias will need heat for temps under 60°. please remember, shipping plants during the winter is risky, please protect your shipment :) If something goes wrong, we’re happy to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue—but please note that Three Little Biggs Nursery is not liable for shipping-related problems once your order has been dispatched.
