Claims & Purchases All claims are considered final once purchased. Please only claim items you are prepared to buy. I do my best to show each piece clearly on camera and describe size, quality, natural imperfections, and any notable details. Natural Crystal Disclaimer Crystals and minerals are natural treasures, which means small pits, druzy pockets, chips, inclusions, rough edges, color zoning, and variations are normal. That’s not damage, that’s geology being dramatic. Color & Lighting I show items as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and camera settings. Shipping Orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. I package crystals securely, but once the package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside my control because apparently we entrusted logistics to vibes and barcode scans. Damaged Orders If something arrives damaged, please reach out through the platform as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and box so we can follow the proper claim process.
