Shipping is done Mon and Tue when temperatures are 40 to 90F. LAG applies to orders 1 hr after delivery. Photos must be provided for proof of doa's. There are no refunds all sales are final. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We accept Cashapp, Venmo, Square and Paypal. We also offer local pickup in IL.
