Each plant is sold as is, straight from the den, the bog, or whatever corner it crawled out of. - Giveaway winners cover shipping, or shipping can be combined with a purchase. - Large orders may require additional shipping. A quote will be provided before invoicing. - It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand what they are purchasing, including the nature of TC plants, their care needs, and their variability. - Questions are always welcome and encouraged. I am always willing to lend advice or tips. --- 🌿 Communication & Boundaries This is a small, creature‑filled hobby nursery, and I value respectful, curious, and kind interaction. I’m always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you understand the needs of the plants you’re bringing home. To keep this space safe and enjoyable for everyone, I maintain clear communication boundaries. I do not engage with hostility, personal attacks, or attempts to pressure me into policies I do not offer. I reserve the right to end any conversation that crosses those lines. The creatures respond best to kindness, and so do I. --- 🌿 Shipping - Once a plant leaves our care, it enters the mortal mail system. We are not responsible for carrier handling or temperature‑related damage. - USPS does not provide insurance coverage for live plants. - If you need insurance, choose UPS 2nd Day Air and request additional insurance for any amount above their standard protection. - If a package is lost or damaged, the buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide photos, receipts, and tracking to support your claim. - USPS is the default carrier. - UPS 2nd Day Air and heat or cold packs are recommended during extreme weather and can be purchased through the shop. - Buyers must monitor their local weather and make shipping choices accordingly. - Buyers may request a temporary hold if conditions in their region are unsafe for travel. The creatures will wait. - Combined shipping is available while boxes remain open Friday through Sunday. The creatures enjoy gathering in groups. --- 🌿 Weather - Buyers must monitor their local weather. - We are not responsible for temperature‑related damage. - Shipping may be delayed if conditions are unsafe for plant travel. The creatures prefer safe passage over reckless adventure. --- 🌿 Shipping Schedule - Orders ship within 48 hours Monday through Thursday.
