📦 Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY to help avoid weekend delays and minimize time in transit. Wednesdays is the latest but only for NDA (Next Day Air). Orders from Tuesdays onwards will be shipped the following Monday. 🫣 CA buy at your own risk. 🌡️ Weather Protection: Shipping may be delayed during extreme weather (heat or cold). If your area is experiencing high temperatures or a heat advisory, I highly recommend adding weather protection when necessary. Cold pack only works for NDA, hence I won’t recommend using it. I can hold the plants and/or corms for you for a week. Hold your box add-on is available in my shop. 📦 Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via UPS 3 Day or UPS ground depending on the amount that was paid by the buyer, unless otherwise discussed. Shipping upgrades are available in my shop. Message me if you prefer USPS! I recycle boxes and materials. ☺️ 🌱 Plant/Corm Orders: All plants and corms are shipped carefully packaged and healthy at the time of shipment. Please note that some stress during shipping is normal (such as minor cosmetic damage, leaf yellowing, or acclimation adjustments). Growth and recovery will vary depending on your environment and care, and I am not responsible for how plants or corms develop after arrival. ⚠️ Please Note: All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. However, I do my best to support my customers, and if there is an issue due to an error on my end, please reach out and I will work with you to make it right. If cancellation is badly needed 30% restocking fee is charged. For instances that plants or corms that are sold on auctions aren’t paid, I’m sorry but the irresponsible bidders are not welcome.
