Some items are made to order so please be patient, but will try to be as timely as possible. if you have a deadline please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. If pots arrive broken or significantly damaged, I will happily replace but please reach out within the first 24 hours of receiving your package. please reach out if you do not see a specific color or size you would like. Rainbow and Gradient colors can vary, I cannot control the starting color or end color for instance, due to the nature of 3D printing. These are all custom designs, no downloads of others' work or AI is used. all pots with a tray include drainage. Some minis Luke mushrooms have drainage but no tray. I can add drainage to any pot on request but they work great as cache pots and if they do not have drainage, I use a sealant on the bottom to try to prevent leaks. I cannot garuntee no leaks but I do my best and it's easy to fix if there is a small leak after purchase. Not all pots are perfect but I try my best to be upfront about any defects there may be and also price accordingly.
