PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE ITEM YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU BID OR PURCHASE. THANK YOU 📦 We ship all plants in bare root UNLESS otherwise specified in the show; using the appropriate methods for shipping. We ship Mon, Tue, & Wed from Spring Hill, FL via USPS or UPS however if you require another carrier preference (FedEx/DHL/Carrier Pigeon 🐦), please message us after your purchase and we can do custom prices for those methods. In our shop listings we offer the ability to upgrade your shipping to 2 day or 1 day delivery for an upcharge should you need your package sooner. 🚨NOTE: We all know the mail carriers, freight carriers and even Amazon carriers have been known to *drop/throw* packages, these things are beyond our control; while we do our best to pack and protect your green babies, we can't hold their hands until it reaches its destination. ⚠️ ANY AND ALL DAMAGES MUST BE DOCUMENTED (PHOTOGRAPHED) THE SAME DAY IT ARRIVED! EACH PACKAGE IS INSURED, THEREFORE TO EFFECTIVELY PROCESS YOUR CLAIM WE NEED TO SEE THE DAMAGE TO BOTH PACKAGE AND GOODS. ⚠️ 🪴 Please understand that plants are living species, every plant is unique and every plant has unique requirements. We will do our best to educate you about your new plant but of course you do what you feel is best for you and your plant. Everyone can give you advice and their opinion, you make the correct decision for what's best. ❗With the above being said, we do not offer returns on plants, if your plants happened to have arrived in poor condition please send us photographs and we will work with you as far as how to remedy the situation. 🌴🩴We ship from Florida, if you live in an area where your day or night time temperatures are under 55° or less please opt for a heat pack or we can hold your order for a small charge until your temperatures are more favorable for shipping.
