Shipping will be from Fedex overnight for geckos or 2 day express for isopods, inverterbraes and dubias no exceptions. All Geckos, Isopods, Invertebrates and dubia roaches will be delivered to local Fedex Hub and need to be picked up from hub when notified the SAME DAY WHEN ARRIVING TO FEDEX HUB. If animals, isopods, invertebraes and roaches are not picked up from hub same day the animal will be returned to sender asap. If all live animals, insects, inverterbraes or dubia roaches die at fedex hub due to not picking up animal or invertebrates same day the full amount of purchase of the gecko or invertebrate, isopods will be forfeited. Animals will be shipped to a FedEx shipping hub and held for pick-up. If weather does not permit shipping or deem weather not shippable gecko will be shipped to local fedex hub for pick up only. In the unlikely event of a D.O.A you must report directly to me via phone, messenger, e-mail, etc. With clear photographic/Video proof within a hour of receiving package. All geckos upon receiving need to have video sent to me of unboxing the gecko for proff of receiving the gecko. All Doas will be store credit or swap with geckos that are avaiable at that time. I have the right to retain all messages/conversations during the transaction. in the event conflict arrises and by agreeing to the above I am here removed from any liability or fallout that comes from falsified reports, claims, etc. During the warmer/cooler months of the year I reserve the right to hold for safe shipping weather in the event conditions are deemed unsafe. -I am not liable for death resulting from improper care or general negligence.
