If an “error” happens there will be a 25% restocking fee for accidental bids. -Live animal guarantee: Animal must be picked up within an hour of arrival at FedEx facility and pictures/video must be provided if animal is doa upon pickup. -We do not ship to home, only FedEx hubs. -Welfare of the animal will always come first permitting weather is appropriate the animal will be shipped. -Guarantee sex of animal if it is 30gr or larger. Be sure you pay attention to what your buying because sex is not guaranteed unless it is listed in posting. -We are not responsible for dropped tails during shipping. This is uncommon but can happen. -Save on shipping, we offer local pickup! -We do offer payment plans on on auctions agreed by seller and require a 25% down payment. Remainder of auction must be paid in 30 days. Deposits are non refundable.
