Includes a starter setup. Unsprouted or unrooted corms are by request only. RL1 — Early Transition Established roots with limited tolerance for environmental change. RL2 — Stabilizing Established roots with moderate environmental tolerance and increasingly predictable growth. RL3 — Household Stable Established growth with the highest observed tolerance for routine household conditions. An RL describes observed condition at assessment; it does not guarantee future performance in every home. RL0 kit contents vary by listing and may include a clear pot, semi-hydro cachepot, dome, wick, substrate, and Puddle Method setup. 📅 WEEKLY AUCTIONS • Open Thursday evening • Close Sunday morning • Cachepot color due by 6:00 p.m. Arizona time (MST) Sunday • Ship Monday or Tuesday after closing Without a color selection by the deadline, the order ships with the standard mint-green cachepot. Schedule changes will be announced. ⏱️ BIDDING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS Review all photos, descriptions, RLs, and shipping costs before bidding. Auction wins and completed purchases are final. A bid is a commitment to purchase if you win. If payment is unsuccessful, the plant may be relisted, restarted, or offered again. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may only be considered before packing or label creation. Approved cancellations are processed through PalmStreet. 🎨 ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS Verify your color, shipping method, address, and order details before checkout. Changes are subject to availability and must be requested before packing or label creation. Late color requests may not be accommodated. Orders ship only to the PalmStreet address and cannot be redirected after carrier acceptance. Extra costs caused by an incorrect address may be the buyer’s responsibility. 📦 SHIPPING Auction orders ship Monday or Tuesday after closing. Fixed-price orders generally ship in the next Monday or Tuesday cycle. Methods may include USPS Priority Mail (default), UPS 2-Day, and UPS 1-Day. Short holds and combined shipping may be available if requested before label creation. Shipping adjustments are not guaranteed after labels are created. Plants are secured with protective materials to minimize movement. 🌡️ WEATHER PROTECTION Heat packs, ice packs, and insulation are available. Please review destination temperatures and select appropriate protection. Weather protection reduces risk but cannot eliminate extreme temperatures or carrier delays. Shipping may be delayed when conditions create an unreasonable risk; any delay will be communicated. 📷 CONDITION & ACCLIMATION Photos are intended to represent each plant accurately, but lighting and screens may affect color. Minor natural changes may occur before shipping. Any material change affecting the represented condition or RL will be disclosed. Future leaf size, color, variegation, growth rate, offsets, corm production, and flowering cannot be guaranteed. Light, humidity, temperature, watering, and substrate affect adjustment. A healthy plant may pause growth, lose an older leaf, or develop minor cosmetic changes after arrival. 🍃 DELIVERY ISSUES Retrieve and inspect the package promptly. Extended exposure to heat, cold, or direct sun may affect the plant. Contact me through PalmStreet within 24 hours with: • Full-plant and close-up photos • Photos of the pot and substrate • Interior and exterior packaging photos • Photo of the shipping label Retain the plant and packaging until the review is complete. 🔄 REFUNDS & RESOLUTIONS Live-plant returns and exchanges are generally unavailable. Change of mind, normal acclimation, minor soil displacement, small cosmetic marks, mature leaf wear, or limited transit damage do not ordinarily qualify for a refund. Substantial transit damage, active pests, or a plant materially different from its listing will be reviewed. Resolutions may include care support, partial refund, replacement when available, or full refund. PalmStreet policies and decisions govern if they differ from these guidelines.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
