I pack with love, but after your plant is on its journey, I can’t control what happens. I am not responsible for losses, delays, damage, theft, or tragic UPS/fedex mishaps. Any issues during shipping you must provide proof of damage via unboxing pictures/videos within TWO HOURS of delivery. 🚨 No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges If I make a mistake (hey, I’m human!), I’ll absolutely make it right.
