Every plant you receive has been part of my personal collection or grown in my care. I genuinely want your new plant baby to arrive safely, settle in easily, and thrive in your home just like it has in mine 🌱✨ To help everything run smoothly for all of us, please take a moment to review the guidelines below. ⸻ 💛 Purchasing & Claims All sales are final, so please claim thoughtfully. If you accidentally claim something or need to cancel, please do so during the live so another plant lover has the opportunity to give that plant a home 🫶🏼 Please keep in mind that cancellations after a live create a loss in auction-style sales, as another buyer may have purchased the item if it had remained available. Significant time also goes into preparing, organizing, and packaging each order. For these reasons, cancellations requested after the live has ended are strongly discouraged. If a buyer absolutely insists on canceling an order after the live, a 25% restocking fee will apply. ⸻ 📦 Shipping With Love All orders ship from Houston, Texas, and every package is packed personally by me with lots of care and attention 💚 🚚 Shipping days: Monday–Wednesday 📦 UPS 3-Day Select is my standard shipping method ✈️ UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air upgrades are available in the shop During periods of extreme weather, standard shipping may be subject to transit risks. I kindly encourage buyers to consider current conditions when selecting their preferred shipping method to help ensure the safe arrival of their plants. 🌿 Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on order volume and weather conditions. Large orders or oversized mother plants may require additional shipping. If needed, I’ll reach out with an invoice once your order is processed. If I do not hear back, shipment will proceed according to funds paid. ⸻ ❄️🔥 Weather Safety Your plant’s safety always comes first. I reserve the right to delay shipping if weather could put your plant at risk. I will always communicate with you — I would much rather wait than risk your plant 💚 Overnight shipping with appropriate seasonal protection is required for live arrival guarantee. 🌿 if your temps are above 85 degrees, please upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. ✈️ ⸻ 📬 After Shipping While I take great care in preparing each order, once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays or transit damage are unfortunately beyond my control. That said, I’m always happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the shipping carrier or Palmstreet if any issues arise. ⸻ 💌 If Something Goes Wrong If there’s ever an issue, please message me before leaving a review. My goal is always for you to be happy and supported 🫶🏻 If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please provide within 6 hours of delivery: • Proof package was brought inside promptly • Clear unboxing video. Photos will not be accepted. A little yellowing or leaf drop is completely normal after shipping — plants have traveled in a dark box and may just need time to adjust 🤍 ⸻ 🐞 Pest Management & Substrate Plant health and preventative care are very important in my home and grow space. I follow a proactive, integrated approach using beneficial insects, PureCrop, SNS 209, and gentle alcohol treatments to help keep my plants happy and thriving. My most recent preventative beneficial insect release was August 5th, 2026, including Lacewing Larvae as part of my regular plant care routine 🌿. Because my sweet Lulu has epilepsy, I’m especially mindful about maintaining a growing environment that is safe, gentle, and as chemical-free as possible for everyone in my home 🐾💚. All outgoing propagations do include a systemic in the substrate, and leaves are wiped with an alcohol solution prior to packing. Plants are carefully inspected and are pest-free to the best of my knowledge at the time of shipment. However, as with any new plant, I highly recommend a quarantine period to ensure a smooth transition into your collection. 🌱 My premium propagation grow mix includes: • Sustainably harvested New Zealand tree fern • 70:30 buffered coco coir and perlite • Pumice for airflow • Worm castings • Biochar • Kelp meal • Bonide systemic houseplant insect control This mix is designed to support strong roots, airflow, and healthy growth 🪴✨. ⸻ 🌸 A Final Thank You This is truly a small, hands-on business run with love.
