Upgrades available and highly recommended year round. -Please bid/buy responsibly. Our cancellation fee is 20%. Cancellations during the live/purge are accepted. You must comment during the live/purge. Cancellations via message are not seen and you will be charged 20%. Canceling may result in being blocked from our shop. CANCELLATIONS ON RAID TRAIN AUCTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME. -Not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages. -Customers in WA, OR, CA, MT, ID, NV, UT, NM, HI, AK, PR, ND, WY, IA must upgrade to ups-3day-select if purchasing plants in 6” pots or more than 6 small plants. We do not want to ship your plants ground which takes 4-7 days in the mail. -We sell a lot of plants with buds, flowers, & peduncles. We cannot guarantee them when shipped & do not accept returns/refunds if the plant is otherwise healthy. -Giveaways must be claimed otherwise they are forfeited, rules of the app. Giveaways are not replaceable during the cold months if you do not upgrade and add winter protection. Buyers must buy a plant in order to receive the buyers give aways. Accessories/Add ons not accepted and your giveaway will be cancelled. -Please note that live-show coupons expire when the live ends. PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS: Notify us within 7 days with any problems or concerns. Photo or video is required. Repotting voids this completely. We are sorry but no exceptions. WINTER POLICY (DEC-MARCH): Live arrival guarantee ONLY valid on orders who upgrade to ups 2day or faster and add insulation/heat pack.
