Ordering • Please confirm your sweatshirt color, size, and embroidery design before completing your purchase. • All embroidered items are made to order. Once embroidery has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Sizing • Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, please ask before purchasing—we’re happy to help! • Maverson Design is not responsible for an incorrect size selected during checkout. Production and Shipping • All embroidery is completed in our Minnesota studio. • Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be made before it ships. Some embroidery designs take up to four hours to complete, and every order is carefully made just for you. • Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. • Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Returns • Because embroidered items are made to order, they are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. • If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with photos so we can help resolve the issue. Handmade Items • Slight variations in embroidery placement or thread color may occur and are part of the unique character of handmade products. • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. Taxes and Payments • Applicable sales tax may be added based on the buyer’s state. • All payments must be completed through Palmstreet. Questions?
