By winning an auction or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. ||||||| Shipping Policy||||||| •Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)• We guarantee live arrival on all shipped animals when the following conditions are met: - The shipment is sent via approved overnight reptile shipping service to local shipping HUB. - Temperatures are safe for shipping at both the origin and destination locations. - Any issues are reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos/video. Failure to follow these conditions voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. ***We will not ship to residential addresses*** •Weather & Shipping Safety• The safety of the animal always comes first. - We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. - Shipping dates are coordinated with the buyer to ensure the safest possible transit conditions. •Shipping Schedule• - Animals typically ship Monday–Wednesday for next-day arrival. - We do not ship during holidays, severe weather, or periods of known carrier instability. - Local pickup may be available depending on location. •DOA (Dead on Arrival)• In the extremely rare event of a DOA: - The buyer must contact us within 1 hour of delivery. - Clear, unedited photos and/or video of the animal must be provided. - Failure to notify us within the required timeframe voids any guarantee. If approved, AJax Creations may offer: - A replacement animal (if available) - Store credit - Partial or full refund at seller discretion ***Shipping fees are non-refundable*** •Animal Health & Genetics• - All animals are represented honestly and to the best of our knowledge. - Feeding information, hatch dates, genetics, and known issues will be disclosed before purchase. - Buyers are responsible for understanding the genetics and care requirements of the species they purchase. - Once an animal is in the buyer’s possession, ongoing husbandry and care become the buyer’s responsibility. •Communication• We value transparency and communication.
