Expired products will never be sold on PalmStreet! • ⚠️ Cancellations are not guaranteed and are granted only at my discretion. Approved cancellations receive a 50% refund to cover lost opportunity, time, fees, and prep. Once a label is created, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. • 🛒 Pick up is available if you live in Philadelphia. Msg me for a date and time. • 📝 I aim for accuracy. I do my best to sell items that are 0–4 years old and accurately described. • ✅ I use check fresh and checkexp to run batch codes to ensure freshness. • 🛍️ If you wish for me to leave your bag open, purchase the “ Hold My Bag Open” option in my shop for $1. Msg me with date of shipping. Otherwise, bags will be closed. • 🚚 Shipping: I use Smart Shipping for all orders unless otherwise stated. Shipping is a flat $7.49 for up to 5 lbs. If your package goes over 5 lbs, shipping will automatically reset and an additional $7.49 shipping charge will apply. The same will happen if your order exceeds 10 lbs, 15 lbs, and so on. All orders are shipped via ground. • 📦 An unboxing video is required for fairness if something arrives missing or wrong. • ⏰ Any order concerns must be reported within 24 HRS OF DELIVERY. Issues must be reported within this timeframe. Any concerns reported after 24 hours will be considered accepted and not eligible for review. • 📮 Once shipped, the package is in the carrier’s hands. I’m not responsible for delays, damage, lost/stolen mail, address errors, or weather issues. Claims must go through the carrier, but I’m happy to help.
