We do this for reasons of damage or lost shipments as we can then be able to get our insurance. As you all know shipping can be very expensive and we already have our work priced to favor the economy. 3) Return Policies are set to help us all. A) Custom Orders and Commission pieces are 30-day return. B) No returns for items sold as is via-Live shows. C) No returns for wrong size rings that were purchased from a Live-Stream Show. D) Returns for misused or abused and mishandled only applies to our shipping. if the package was damaged upon delivery we need a picture of the packaging as well as pictures of the merchandise to validate the cause of the damage. this is needed to file a claim.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
