I also make some of my own texture tools inspired by plants and nature, meaning each piece is truly unique. * While items are hand built and have a certain charm of asymmetry, each planter is designed for maximum plant and root health in mind. Ample drainage holes in all my planters. 2. Product Descriptions & Representation: *My pottery is hand built, and slight variations and imperfections should be expected and are desired. 3. Order Processing: * Approximately 3-5 business days. 4. Shipping: * I ship USPS unless otherwise requested and then we can work out the difference of cost, if applicable. * Shipping will most likely occur right after the live. * Packaging: I ensure careful packaging for all planters to prevent breakage during transit. Especially with the more sculptural pieces, great care is taken to ship. * Lost/Stolen Packages: I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier. * Damage During Shipping: Please notify me immediately about damage incurred during shipping. Photos or videos of unboxing the damaged item and packaging for reporting to the shipper. 5. Returns & Exchanges: * No return/exchanges. All sales final. * With the exception of breakage upon arrival. I offer store credit or full refund for items broken during transit. 6. Payment: * All payments are processed through Palmstreet's platform. 7. Privacy Policy: * I do not sell or collect any personal information. 8.
