If we know the lineage, the weight and the gender of a gecko, it will be in the description. We offer a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee if the following criteria is met: You should contact us no later than 1 hour from the time your gecko was delivered. Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by our guarantee and we will not take responsibility for this, as that is out of our control. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA we will require video and photographic evidence within one hour of arrival. Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days you must contact us so that we may help you identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee. You will be asked questions about your husbandry – please do not take offense at this.
