Shipping is at buyer’s risk. We will ship by the following Tuesday unless otherwise discussed. Insulation and heat packs are an additional $5 & are suggested for low temps under 40 degrees. ✨ We ship with the most care and do our best to ensure your plants arrive safely. However, we will not be responsible for shipping delays. Plants that arrive on time & are dead on arrival will be replaced or refunded (except shipping costs). Plants that arrive damaged must be returned at buyer’s expense for a refund or a replacement. Please message with photos within a few hours of delivery for these terms to be considered. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.
