🌿I ship every week on Mon/Tues primarily UPS, occasionally USPS as a last resort. 🌿If you ever experience an issue with an order, please let me know right away so I can make it right! When there’s an issue during shipping I’ll handle the claims process💚 🌿I am a licensed nursery in Texas. There are certain states that require phytosanitary certificates (CA, NM, AZ, HI, Puerto Rico) for plant shipments. If you live in one of these states please allow extra time (up to a week) for me to get the AG inspector out. 🌿I’m a one woman show, so please have patience 🫶I propagate off my mother plants and offer them here for everyone to enjoy! If you have a request send me a msg, I’m happy to check for you!

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.
