Primary Shipping via: *UPS 2nd Day Air *UPS Next Day available for additional ($25.00) Some TC only or merchandise items may ship: *USPS Priority (1-3) Days on average but can sometimes take a little longer. *Shipping Upgrade:(USPS Priority Express 2 day Shipping $15 extra). 🌿 Live Plant Disclaimer Plants are living organisms and will vary in size, shape, color, and variegation. Photos and live show presentations represent the plant as accurately as possible. Future growth, variegation, and leaf development cannot be guaranteed. 📦 Shipping Plants are carefully packaged for safe transit. Once shipped, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Some leaf yellowing, cosmetic damage, or shipping stress may occur during transit and is considered normal. *I am unable to ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico if you do place an order and it slips through it is 100% at your own risk ask as I cannot guarantee shipping for any reason to these locations and refunds will not be approved. ❄️☀️ Weather Risk Buyers assume the risk of shipping during extreme hot or cold weather. Heat/cold packs and/or insulation may be used when available but cannot guarantee protection from weather-related damage. 🐛 Pest Policy All plants are inspected before shipping. We cannot guarantee a completely pest-free environment. Buyers should quarantine all new plants upon arrival. *I may use occasional Benificial Bugs as a preventative. 📸 Claims & Issues Any issues must be reported through Palmstreet within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review. 💰 Refunds & Replacements Refunds or replacements may be considered ONLY if: The wrong plant was shipped. The plant arrives severely damaged. The plant is significantly different from its listing. Refunds are not available for: Buyer's remorse. Minor cosmetic damage. Shipping stress. Leaf loss or yellowing caused by transit. Changes in variegation or growth after delivery. 🌱 Cuttings, Nodes & Tissue Culture Rooting, acclimation, and future growth are not guaranteed.
