If you have any questions about our policies, message us! ​💳 Sales & Refund Policy Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to purchase any live animal. ​All Sales Are Final: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. ​Accidental Purchases: This would be also referred to as an accidental "swipe". You are reaponsible for swiping at an auction. NO REFUNDS. If by chance I do cancel the sale, you will be reaponsible for any fees seller incurred due to your "accidental purchase/swipe". This is at my sole discretion. ​Nonrefundable Deposits: All deposits made toward an animal are strictly nonrefundable. ​📦 Shipping & Hub Pickup ​Hub-to-Hub Only: For animal safety, we ship exclusively to FedEx Ship Centers (Hubs). We do not ship live animals to residential addresses. If you do not have a Hub, special arrangements can be made in writing. There will be an additional $30 charged and LAG will be void. ​Same-Day Pickup: Animals must be picked up the same day they arrive at the Hub. ​Dry Goods: Shipping and pricing for dry goods are handled separately from live animal purchases. ​⚠️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy ​We take every precaution to ensure your animal arrives healthy, but in the rare event of a DOA, the following steps must be followed to qualify for any potential resolution: ​Immediate Notification: You must contact us within 2 hours of the package being picked up from the Hub. ​Photo/Video Proof: You must provide clear photos and video of the deceased animal. ​Hold Packaging: Retain all original shipping materials (box, insulation, heat/cold packs) until the claim is settled. ​Note: Failure to pick up the animal on the arrival date or failure to notify us within the 2-hour window voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. ​❄️ Weather Delays ​Safety Holds: We monitor weather at the origin, the main shipping hub, and your destination. If temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F, we reserve the right to delay shipment until a safe window opens. ​Communication: We will keep you updated on any weather-related delays. ​No Refunds for Delays: Please note that shipping delays due to weather do not qualify for a refund of the purchase price or deposit. ​🛡️ Right of Refusal ​CNK Jurassics reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone at our discretion to ensure the safety of our animals and the integrity of our brand.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
