🪴 Due to the delicacy of the product, no exchanges or returns are accepted. I take my time and package every plant with the upmost care, however, if your plant should arrive excessively damaged, and it wasn’t due to carrier delays or package mishandling, please message me [with pictures] within 4 hours of receipt, and we will work out a resolution. **If you live in a state that experiences freezing temps, please arrange for somebody to be there at time of delivery to bring the package inside, and message me within *30 minutes* of delivery if there are any issues.** 🪴 Please take an unboxing video to protect both you and myself. It’s pertinent buyer is gentle when unpackaging plants to avoid accidental damage. These puppies are wrapped well, and patience is necessary, but worth it! 🪴If a plant arrives dead due to carrier delays or mishandling, save all of your packaging, message me within 4 hours of delivery with photos of damage, and we will come up with a resolution. *If you live across the country and didn’t upgrade your shipping from Ground, you might not be eligible to file a claim. Ground shipping can [and often does] take up to a week. Please do your due diligence and purchase the appropriate shipping method if you live far away or in a rural area. 🪴 If you repot a plant the day you get it and it dies, I cannot help you. Please do not repot your new plant within the first week of arrival. I know you’re excited, but it’s just been through a lot of stress during its trip to its new home, and it’s immune system is down. Please give it some time to get acclimated to its new environment before repotting. If you feel it needs to be repotted, message me first and I will help talk you through it. 🪴 If you have a vacation planned, please communicate with me and I’m happy to hold your plants until you return at no extra charge. If your plants arrive while you’re away, I am not responsible for any damage cause by a delay in opening the package. 🪴 I ship via UPS Ground from sunny [zone 9b/10a] Vero Beach, FL. If you want faster shipping, there are multiple upgrades available at checkout. If you’re not within 600 miles of South Florida, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing both a heat pack [in the cold months, obviously] and Priority Shipping at checkout. Do not think because you live in SoCal that your plant can’t receive cold damage during shipping. There have been major delays lately with USPS, and if you live on the West Coast, Midwest, or anywhere in the North, I REPEAT, upgrading to Priority Shipping and purchasing a heat pack is HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 🪴 Heat packs are required if your lows are in the mid 40s or below. 🪴 All of my begonias are grown in a terrarium with 99% humidity. a closed growing environment will be needed, and experience with begonias/terrarium plants is recommended. 🪴 All plants are rooted unless otherwise stated.
