Plants Via UPS 3 day by default, ….unless you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, PR and Guam, these locations will ship Via USPS priority Mail. Also some rural areas UPS 3 day may not be available. Oversized Plants in 8” -12” pots may ship in a smaller pot, because of weight and safety concerns. Flowering plants will be shipped as is on ship day, not all flowers will survive the shipping process. thank you for understanding I do not accept returns however your plants are my top priority and if it arrives Dead or is lost please contact me immediately so I can help you with a replacement or equivalent. customer satisfaction is my top priority.
