It's normal for your ping to use nutrients from its oldest leaves as it recovers, which may make those leaves decline. Please allow 2-4 weeks for new growth to appear. 🛑🏺Handmade Pottery Disclaimer: All pottery pieces are handmade by me in small batches. Because of this, each piece will have its own personality. Slight variations in shape, thickness, glaze flow, or symmetry are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted ceramics. My pottery style is intentionally simple and functional. I throw with thinner bases and use minimal finishing so pieces stay lightweight, efficient to produce, and true to my aesthetic. Many forms are made without trimmed feet, both to maintain their clean silhouette and because trimming adds a full extra stage to the process, increasing production time and, in turn, the final cost of the piece. These features do not affect use and are reflected in the discounted price. All seconds are clearly labeled in their listings. 📦 SHIPPING • Please bid with care. All sales are final. • Boxes close every Sunday; all orders ship Monday - Wednesday. • Plants ship bare root for safe travel. • Plants ship via 3 day to ensure safe arrival. • Pottery ships via ground services due to weight and fragility.      • Pottery may arrive separately from plant orders.      • Combined orders will be packed to minimize breakage risk. • Make sure your shipping address is correct and secure. • If a carrier mishap occurs (lost, damaged, or severely delayed), I’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit. • Replacements depend on plant availability. • Pottery pieces are one-of-a-kind. If a piece arrives broken, I'll provide a selection of similar pots of equal value to choose from. In rare cases, the piece may need to be remade, which can take 4-6 weeks. • Proof of carrier issue may be requested (tracking screenshots, photos, etc.). • Refunds always match the amount actually paid. ‼️ Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges. In dry climates, keep above 50% with trays or humidifiers, but avoid >80% to prevent mold and crown rot.
