hi everyone welcome to smack that deal !!!! this is game of chance as there are refund or canceled of any kind in my game. please make sure u are reading the rules an what is all in play in each game i play! givvy are sent out every day after the show an varies on item ALL BAG MUST BE PICK ON THE LIVE STREAM. there is NO change of the bag after the steam by sending a message i have had an issue with this of changing a bag an i lost money an a bag on it so it took one bad apple to mess it up. please understand where im coming from as a seller. I do ship out same day right after the show. Also once your package has left me in it is USPS or UPS there hands I am out of control of a being damaged or gone missing, etc.. You will have to file a claim with either USPS or UPS also if your item get returned for you on your part, you will need to reach and pay for shipping for it to come back out to you as I will not be able to cover that as it is not an error on my side
