Shipping • Express courier only (UPS). Phytosanitary certificate included. • Orders ship Mon–Fri. • We are not liable for delays or damage caused by customs clearance. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) • DOA must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery timestamp. • LAG is void if delivery is refused, address is incorrect, or a dispute is opened without contacting us first. • Confirmed DOA cases receive replacement or store credit. Refunds & Returns • No returns on live plants. Refunds only for confirmed DOA with evidence. • Variegation complaints are not accepted — natural genetic expression is not a defect.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
