Shipping • Standard shipping is UPS 3-Day. Upgraded shipping is available in the shop. • Upgraded shipping is strongly recommended for higher-value plants or imports. • Orders usually ship the Monday or Tuesday following the sale (sometimes Wednesday depending on bandwidth or holidays). • If shipping is delayed for any reason, I’ll reach out via DM. Weather Awareness & Protection • Please check your weather before claiming. • Insulation is included for extreme cold or heat at no extra cost. • Heat packs must be added for temps below freezing. • I reserve the right to hold shipments for weather, holidays, or safety and will always communicate via DM. Live Arrival Guidelines (LAG) • To qualify for LAG, required winter protection (heat pack/insulation) must be included when temperatures call for it. • Please send unboxing photos or an uninterrupted video within 2 hours of delivery if there’s an issue. • Cosmetic imperfections from shipping (bent stems, minor yellowing, etc.) are normal and not covered. • Shipping carrier delays or damage are outside my control, but I will always try to work with you where possible. Returns, Cancellations & Holds • No returns or exchanges. Plants leave my care in optimal condition. • Weather holds are welcome, but once an order is held, it cannot be canceled. • We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Plant Expectations Variegation Variegation is not guaranteed unless specifically offered and purchased. Reversion is not covered by LAG. Corms & Cuttings By purchasing corms or cuttings, you acknowledge: • They require experience to root • They may fail or rot despite best efforts • You accept full responsibility for their growth Imported Plants If purchasing imports, you agree that: • Imports have already endured long transit before reaching me • Additional shipping may cause leaf or root loss • You understand how to rehab an import and are willing to do so Care on Arrival • Allow chilled plants to warm at room temp before adjusting humidity. • Avoid repotting for two weeks. • Many of my plants live in 75% hunidity. Increase humidity initially for smoother acclimation.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
